Yes! I've finally solved the problem! Well, you wouldn't really be interested in the details, so here's the awards. There are only a few now because I'm busy with other things like the webring and the gallery, stuff like that. But if you like my awards e-mail me and I'll try to work on more. 1. No hentai or anti-Sailor Moon sites. Don't waste my time and yours.

2. You must have a Sailor Moon-related site(of course). It doesn't have to be about Sailor Moon only.

5. You MUST save the award! This is important! I'll be erasing it (the real award, not the sample) shortly after each contest is won. So you must save it if you want your award shown on your page!
