Coaster Girl
.
The call came in, on Ops
Two Eh, for PNE Five One,
Radio reporting here, that
someone’s on the run.
We think a beat unit, is
in trouble on the grounds,
Her mike is jamming open,
we hear unusual sounds.
.
Carla Webb is screaming,
for help and everything,
Better get some help to
her, as alarms begin to ring.
The screams are getting
louder, it sounds like one big fight,
You have to go and help
the girl, to make sure she’s alright.
.
Bill Copp stated calmly,
“everything’s okay”,
“I know just where young
Carla is, she’ll live another day”.
Now everyone is wondering,
just what is going on?
Why was Carla screaming
so, and what is being done?
.
Bill Copp seemed so nonchalant,
and very unconcerned,
A member of his team might
be, getting beaten and then burned.
So, he then strolled on
over, to “save” her from this fate,
She was spotted walking
over, just coming through the gate.
.
Safe and sound she wandered
in, redness tinged her face,
Her palms still slightly
sweaty, her heart still set on race.
Legs were not quite working
right, on that pathway there,
Things were not, all that
they seem, at the local annual fair.
.
Carla and her partner, who
now was set to roast her,
Had taken a quick ride,
on the Giant Roller Coaster.
The screams that came on
radio, heard by you and me,
She had the mike keyed tightly,
and was screaming loud with glee.
