The Bible calls it the redemption
of our bodies.

Adoption as mentioned
in the Bible is the Eastern form of adoption, not the Western form as it
is often misrepresented to be.
The Greek is huiothesia {hwee-oth-es-ee'-ah} meaning the
placing
of mature sons.
Reading the following verses
will make it clear that this adoption does not refer to being born again.
It is another event that we look forward to--as does the entire creation.
Romans 8:15
For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have

word reserved for only a true father. It would never be applied to
a father by adoption. We cannot be adopted into the family of God

son to rule.
