| Undoubtably, Krynn's most famous kender is Tasselhoff
Burrfoot. Tas met Flint during the Spring Festival of Solace when, after
admiring a copper bracelet and then wandering off forgetting he still had
it on, the dwarf grabbed the kender and accused him of thevery. Tas was
a skilled mapmaker (although some of the maps he had "acuired" are from
before the cataclysm) and tracker. He has also accomplished some amazing
feats in his day. He destroyed one of the few remaining dragonorbs at the
Council of Whitestone in order to keep the peace between the elves and
knights; he traveled to the past, threatening the flow of time and the
future of the world; and he drew blood from the father god Chaos with his
dagger Rabbitslayer (a name Caramon gave to the small knife) in order to
capture the essence of Chaos in the Gemstone of Gargath and end the Chaos
War.
Tas was killed in his confrontation with Chaos and is now being chased around a great vallenwood in the sky by Flint. |
