Revision History
This page will inform you of NetPOPUP development through various versions in its life cycle. Lots of bugs were uncovered by the gang in the dorm so thanks goes out to them. Nothing could beat the sort of beta testing these guys put my poor program through!

J	Added Tool tips and context sensitive help over over the place
	Version 2.0.2.4
J	Added multiple colored icons for different status information in All Hosts. This reduced the size of the All host dialog box.
	Version 2.0.2.3
	Fixed a major bug which caused the semaphores to lock and freeze the system. Added synchronization primitives of every thing global under the moon just to make sure there are no more hidden traps!
	Version 2.0.2.0
J	Added twit filters. Now you can ban certain users from sending you messages. Their messages will get ignored. You can also use it to set high priority users and allow their messages to always popup the program no matter what the global settings are.
J	Redesigned the message transmission format so that version number of record is also sent. This will allow easy future expansion.
	Version 2.0.1.9
	Intermediate version which was never released.
	Version 2.0.1.8
	Fixed a bug which showed up as an increment of the first character of any broadcasted message. Was incrementing it on all UDP messages to differentiate between local subnet and other hosts. Now increment only on hostinfo requests
	Version 2.0.1.7
	Also put check on the send thread just for good measure.
J	Added colored icons in the allhosts to show local subnet responding hosts in blue and remote hosts in red.
	Fixed the Allhost List control to use shared image list
J	Made version information more compact. Was padding too much space

	An almost immediate fix! Zia comes up with definate way to crash program. Writing garbage on the listen port caused an exception error which was not handleded. Had been happening before but the exact cause was unknown. Put a catch all exceptions on the read thread, fixed the problem.
	Version 2.0.1.5
J	Added support to check hosts on other subnets. Now i maintain a seperate list of hosts to check for availibility. Send a local braodcast and individual UDP's to listed hosts.
J	Now can broadcast messages to local subnet + listen hosts on other subnets.
J	Added Context menu to list control in allhosts. Now can send message and explore the remote host from the same program.
