Derek, our son-in-law, helped install the plumbing run and the deep utility sink in the workbench. The top of the bench is made of 3/4-inch plywood, finished on just one side. It has about 8 coats of polyurethane over the natural wood veneer. I added the clear-wood backsplash to finish the job. Note the wooden paper towel holder. I made that also.
