Terms of services.
2. TAI rates are as follows: Within the USA, Mexico, and Canada 150$ per/day (10 days=1500$, 5 days=750$…ect) Outside of USA, Mexico , and Canada 200$ per/day (10 days=2000$, 5 days=1000$…ect)
Applications MUST be in 40 working days before departure. All rates shall be paid in full 30 working days prior to departure.
3. All expenses shall be paid by client or clients Representative.
4. All expenses shall include staff member (TAI) and client.
5. Expenses are:
Transportation Costs , to AND from destination
Air fare
Bus fare
Train fare
Van /Car Rental and Upkeep
(auto insurance shall be paid by client)
Lodging
Hotels/Motels
Private Residences
Hostels
Group Homes
Hospitals
Dormitories
Client Insurance (Must be provided)
Medicare
Private Insurance
Co Insurance
Medical Supplies Of All Types
(Wheelchairs, Walkers, Ostomy Bags, Catheters, medication…ect.)
Dietary Needs
Special Diets
(low sodium, diabetic, low cholesterol…ect.) Staff shall pay from their own meals Client shall pay for all dietary needs
Miscellaneous Expenses (Clothing, toiletry items, soaps…ect.)
All expenses such as transportation, lodging, shall be subject 30 working days before departure.
6. Medications Dispensing
Staff can remind Client to take medication and may set them into clients hand, but STAFF CAN NOT DISPENSE OR
ADMINISTER MEDICATIONS.
Responsibility and possession of medications
All responsibility and possession of medications shall be taken by the client or clients representative.
Prescriptions
shall be filled and paid by client or clients representative
7. Personal Items
All personal items such as clothes, jewelry, wallets…ect shall stay responsibility and in possessions of client or clients representative.
A listing of all personal items is suggested and a copy should be given to staff member (TAI) and to client or clients representative and said list should be reviewed before and after trip
Travel Aides International is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
8. Pet's/Animals
Feeding and Care of Pet's/Animals shall be the responsibility of the client or clients representative. (Seeing eye/come back shall be excepted)
9. Credit cards, Debit cards, monies, travelers checks
Credit cards, Debit cards, monies, traveler's checks shall be the responsibility, and stay in possession of client and clients' representative at all times.
STAFF SHALL NOT RECEIVE, POSSES, EXCHANGE CLIENTS OR CLIENTS REPRESENTATIVE Credit cards, Debit cards, monies, travelers checks
10. TAI Staff Responsibilities
Personal Care
All personal care shall be provided such as, shaving, dressing, Bathing, Oral care, Nail care, (accept pedicures)…ect. Bowel care and toiletries care provided. Driving of van and/or car
RV, fifth wheels shall be considered as vans.
TAI staff shall not drive any vehicle for more then 6 Hour per 24 hour period. (excluding meal stops, and And rest and/or personal care stops) Maintain and fueling shall be responsibility of client or clients representative Transfers
Transfers shall be provided by TAI staff Any equipment for transfers shall be Provided by client or clients representative (Hoyer lift, transfer board(s), gait belt…ect)
Range of Motions
TAI staff is trained in ROM and will be provided on request.
Vital signs
TAI staff is trained in vital signs and will be provided on Request. (Sphygmomanometer, thermometers [all types], thermometer covers, stethoscope shall be provided by client or clients representative)
Meal Preparation
TAI staff shall prepare meal according to clients' dietary needs (when facilities are available for meal preparation)
Laundry
TAI staff shall do client laundry Client or clients representative shall pay all cost associated With laundry. (when laundry facilities are available)
Appointment/Reservations
TAI staff shall be provided with a list of all appointment and directions to all appointment 10 days before departure.
Reservation shall be made upon request by TAI staff/home office upon a 10 working days prior to departure. client or clients representative shall provide a list of all reservations to TAI home office 10 working days prior to departure.
Treatments
TAI STAFF CANNOT DO ANY PRESCRIBED TREATMENTS.
Lotions and Body Ointments
TAI staff may give non-prescription lotions and/or body ointments, but MAY NOT give prescribed lotions or ointments.
Massage
TAI staff may give medical massages.
TAI staff personal hygiene
TAI staff shall maintain good personal hygiene techniques (hand washing, clean clothes, neat appearance…ect)
11. Miscellaneous
Miscellaneous Medical Supplies.
Miscellaneous medical supplies shall be provided by client or clients representative. (gloves[all types], supplies associated with personal care, cleaning products…ect)

TAI staff does not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen items, acts of God, accidents or negligence by any other organization, company, individual, or government.
