The Eternal Award is the easiest one to win. All you need is a Site that looks good and has some good information.

This is a little harder to win. Your site should be unique in design and have no broken links or images.

Site Excellence Award

The hardest of them all. If your just learning please don't apply for this award. Your site should be unique and stand out from the other sites. There should be no broken images or links. It should also be informative. Oh, and no underconstruction signs. No site is ever complete so why bother announce it. In other words I have to be VERY impressed by the design & content!!

Reasons for not Winning the Eternal Award Your site contains adult subject matter {Yes I am an adult but some of the people visiting are not.} Your site contains swaring or language not suitable for all ages. I found your site hard to navigate and not pleasing to the eye. Pointless Java script. For example your main page has links on it but you automatically redirect me to the next page so I can't even use the links on the main page. Trust me people do do this. I could not view it with Netscape. I will not use IE for anyone!! One thing I CAN NOT stand is PeOPle wHo TyPE LiKE thIs. If you do it on your entire page then don't expect and award.
