Re:     Vertical Watch Program

You may know that the Metro Toronto Police Force, along with (resident's name), our building manager, (manager's name), and (security), are working together to establish a Vertical Watch Program in our building. Vertical Watch involves residents looking out for each other, to help prevent crime and vandalism in a highrise building.

Many of your neighbours in the building have become Vertical Watch members, however, we still need more members, as well as volunteers to become floor captains. For the program to be officially established, at least half of the building's residents must join Vertical Watch.

Signing on for this free, voluntary program is easy. All we need is your name, address and telephone number. To register as a Vertical Watch member, simply complete the following form and drop it off at the management office, located at (office address).

Please participate! We need your support.

Working together we can ensure our building is secure. Join with your neighbours and help our police and security people make our building an enjoyable place in which to live. We are counting on you.
