I know its not Supertest , but this is an auction currently on ebay and  I thought
it tied in nicely. Thanks to " tahoe!  " , the owner, for permission to use the photos.

 These remind me of  a 1941 Willys , 1946 Merc , and a 1936 Ford.
 That may help identify the era of this item.
