Dr. Clement was born in Tapah and completed his early education at St. John's Institution, Kuala Lumpur. He was awarded a Federal scholarship to pursue a degree in Property Management in London. Dr, Clement is a Property Valuer by profession. He was formally with the Valuation and Property Services Department of the Ministry of Finance in Johor.
He has been interested in matters of the mind from an early age. His quest to discover the secret powers of this amazing faculty, the Mind, led him to many fields of study, research and experimentation, culminating in a doctorate on the subject from California, USA. He gradualy began sharing his discovery and experiences with friends and other like-minded people.
He has now packaged this experiential science into a simplified Seminar for the benefit of children and adults. The focus is on the experience of the powers of the mind rather than the theoretical aspects.
