Then, below Danny is a thumbnail of our grandson,Phillip watching television in our Hamilton home.
On your top right, you will find the link to a photo of our granddaughter, Meghan, sound asleep with Lady.
Below that is Vince, my granddaughter Meghan's father. He always rescues me when my computer refuses to do what it is told..

Regularly in all kinds of weather, we trek the trails and countryside around Hamilton, Ontario. We believe there is not a more beautiful part of the countryside to explore. The fresh air and the comraderie with our good friends greatly contribute to our overall enjoyment of life.
TAI CHI
Recently, I have begun the ritual of Tai Chi as another path on my quest for good health. Already, I am feeling good results from this regime. I believe that anyone, of any age or in any physical condition, could reap the benefits of these exercises.
