Chapter 32

Hanson's next concert was in Minneapolis, so they convinced their
parents to leave a day early to go to Mall of America. First they went
shopping, then to Camp Snoopy. "Hey, I hear that there's a Lego Land
here." said Zac. "NO! Thereis NO Lego Land here! They closed it down
last summer!" Kate shouted frantically, not wanting to go in there.
"Then what's that?" Zac asked, pointing to Lego Land. They all went
in. "Can we leave yet?" complained Kristin, who just about every time
she goes to Mall of America is forced to see the same display in Lego
Land. Espeacially after being in there for 2 hours. "Ok, for the last
hour and a half we'll split up. Bye," said Diana as she and Walker
took Jessica, Avery, & Mackenzie and left the rest of the group. "Ya
know how we told you to bring your rollerbaldes? Well, now we can go
rollerblading." said Beth as they sat down at a bench and put their
rollerblades on. "Um, no, last time we got kicked out," said Isaac.
"But, whenever we go to the Mall of America we go rolloerblading.
Either that or skateboarding, we never get kicked out." said Kristin.
"Oh, ok," said Taylor as they got their blades on and took off over
some benches. After about 45 minutes of rollerblading, Beth decided
to go backwards which wasn't a very good idea considering when she
crashed into a security guard. The guard took the 6 to the
information desk and paged Walker & Diana. When they got to the
information desk they saw the 6 sitting down behind the desk. The
guard told Diana that they would have to leave. The ride back to the
hotel waswas pretty quiet until Zac spoke up. "Sorry Mom," he said,
hoping it would give him a smaller punishment. "I can't believe you
guys would do something like this. Especially after you already got
kicked out of one mall. You could have seriously hurt someone in
there, and it's worst to get the girls involved. Now that's just low."
Diana lectured. "Um, well, actually it was our idea,"Kate said
quietly. "Kate, it's nice of you to stick up for my kids, but it's
not necessary." said Walker sturnly. "No, we're not sticking up for
them. It was our idea. We just figured that since we rollerbladed in
Camp Snoopy last ime we were here, and didn't get kicked out, it would
be ok to do it again", said Beth. "In that case, none of you 6 can go
anywhere. The only places you can go to is concerts, hotels, &
interviews for the next 3 weeks. No swimming, no candy, no nothing,
especially no rollerblading." said Diana as they pulled into the hotel
parking lot. When they got into the hotel room, there was nothing else
to do, so Zac turned on the tv. "And none of that either," Diana
shouted up the stairs.
