"Hey Beth! Come here!" said Isaac as he stuck his head into the room.
"What?" asked Beth as she stepped into the hallway. "Where's Taylor?"
Isaac asked. "I don't know. He was in there 10 minutes ago. I don't
know where he went." replied Beth. "Well, can you help me find him?"
asked Isaac. "Sure, I guess." said Beth. Beth spotted Taylor across
the room. He gave her a glare, then walked outside and sat on the
steps. "What's you problem?" asked an anoyed Beth. "My problem is you
and your friends. I feel so out of place in there. You totally ignore
me and so do your friends." said Taylor. "Well, what am I sopost to
do? Talk to only you? I've known most of those people for 10-14 years.
I've known you for what? Four months? Besides, I see you everyday. I
can't fly back to Minnesota everyday!" said Beth. "So if you have a
problem with me talking to them more than I talk to you at the moment,
deal with it!" screamed Beth. "Excuse me! But remind me who was there
for you when your parents died?!?" exclaimed a hurt Taylor. "You were
but..." Beth interupted. "Just let me finish," Taylor interuped her.
"Who put this party together for you? Huh?!" Taylor screamed back at
her. "You did, and you were there for me, but they've always been
there for me far more times than you have." said Beth, calming down.
"Hey, where are you going?" Taylor asked as Beth turned and started
to walk inside. "I'm going inside." said Beth as she continued up the
stairs. "Come on Beth! Let's talk about this!" Taylor said. "You know
what? Maybe I do hate you!" Beth said as she walked inside, she bumped
into Zac. "Hey, what's wrong with Taylor?" asked Zac. "Who cares?!"
replied Beth. "Uh-oh." said Zac as he walked outside and sat on the
steps next to his brother. "Troubles?" Zac asked. "Heck ya!" said an
angry Taylor. "Troubles, like what?" asked Zac. "Wait a minute. What
ever happened to 'Are you ok?' where did you get troubles from?" asked
Taylor. "Beth troubles like what?" Zac repeated himself. Beth's pissed
at me." said Taylor. "Tell me something I don't know!" exclaimed Zac.
"I mean, I just asked her to not ignore me because without me, none of
her friends would be here." said Taylor. "What should I do to make her
not mad at me?" asked Taylor. "Well she's just in a bad mood today,
and, well, every other day since, ya know. Just wait til she gives you
a sign that she's ready to talk." Zac said. "What do you mean?"
Questioned Taylor, not having a clue what his little brother was
talking about. "Just lay off and act normal, ya know!" said Zac.
