Mystery Shopping is where you are sent by a Secret Shopping Service, into a store, restaurant, hotel, ect... to pose as a customer and evaluate service and other things. After the mystery shop, you will submit a report to the company who sent you out, who in turn with send your findings to the company you evaluated.
