I don't eat real sushi. The kind with the raw fish. I only eat California rolls. The kind in most Japanese restaurants (which in my area are really all owned by Taiwanese people) is really good. Oh, that makes me think of when I went to a Japanese restaurant recently in that big 99 Ranch Market plaza in San Gabriel and I asked the waitress what the Health Department grade was because they didn't have the sign up, and she turned to the owner (who was Chinese, maybe more specifically Taiwanese) and he said to me, in Mandarin, "B. What is it to you?" Basically. HOW RUDE!
