Private AIT/MIT Classes (Just the AIT/MITs meet with the Moreh/Morah) - Some chapters take their new members into a separate room, and teach them about BBYO (the region, the chapter, etc) for a meeting or two. The only problem with this is that the member may feel left out of the regular meeting.

Mini AIT/MIT Sessions - Teach a little at each meeting - take 10 minutes out to teach a song, a tradition or the history of the chapter, region or BBYO.
