| The Folds > Creativity Programs Sing The Song - You split the chapter up into groups. Then you give them pen and paper. you say a word and they have to write down as many songs that have that word in it. You time them when they are done being timed, you go around the room and they have to sings their songs one at time. If a song is repeated it does not count and the team doesn't get the point. For every song they have, they get a point. You can do this a few times. Its so much fun. It is a successful program because people get involved and like singing old songs or new songs that they know. Its funny to see what songs and how creative people are. So find yourself a rock, some friends, and plunge into genuine exploration of giving meaning and significance to an inanimate object. (2/22/99) Drama In A Bag - You make a goody bag filled with random items. Then you split the chapter up in groups and give each group a goody bag. Using the items in the bag, make a skit and then perform it to the chapter. (Lauren Marcus - Kallah BBG - 1/17/99) Music Box - Split the chapter into groups. Think of a word and using that one word the groups have to think of songs that have that word in them. You time the chapter for about 2 minutes then you stop them. Then you go around the room and the groups have to sing their songs one at a time. If a group repeats a song that has already been sang the song wont be counted.
