                             a bunch of drunk people walking around.
                             We suspect the Nebulous Entity got all these people drunk and 
                             then made them walk outside.
                             Forced non-sobriety is as inexcusable as forced sobriety, and
                             we do not take these actions of the evil Nebulous Entity lightly.
