Believe it or not, but Risa Rutland is one of the few people in the sport of Cross Country who will always get a medal. She rarley comes home empty-handed. Risa is the best female runner at Clements High School. In 1995, she placed 3rd at the District 25A Cross Country meet. In 1996, she placed 2nd at the District 25A Cross Country meet. She won the District Track title for the 1600meter and 3200meter run. Who knows how many medals and trophies Risa has? She probably has hundreds. Risa Rutland is very close to becoming a legend at Clements High School.
