Two of Michael Nesmith's albums, Magnetic South and Loose Salute will be released as a 2 album on 1 CD on April 26th - It's been put back a week by Camden (catalogue number: 74321 660442) It will contain both the full albums as well as an unreleased track as a bonus. The track will be The First National Rag. The cost is in the mid-price range and will be around £9.99.
Sorry, americans, i don't know what Camden is, nor what the price would be in dollars...

"*Ex-Monkee gets $47 million*- the Public Broadcasting Service must pay nearly $47 million to ex-monkee Michael Nesmith and his defunct company for defruading him in a home video deal that sank the firm. A federal jury decided Monday that PBS went behind Nesmith's back to steal the home video rights to such popular fare as 'Sesame Street' and the Ken Burns documentary 'The Civil War' while promising to keep his faultering firm afloat. 'It's like catching your grandmother stealing your stereo,' Nesmith said through a publicist. 'On the one hand, you're happy to get the stereo back. On the other, you're sad to find out your grandma's a theif.' PBS plans to appeal."

Mike has been working on building a Videoranch 3D site for a while. 3D worlds are kind of like chat rooms only they are 3D, graphic and you "enter" them as your own graphic representation of yourself called an avatar. You can see yourself and other people's avatar walking around and you can chat with each other. In order to visit Videoranch 3D, you will need to download the free Active Worlds software at the Acttive Worlds site.
