**A Great Bedtime Snack** 1 tablespoon sugar free chocolate pudding mix 1/2 scoop protein powder 1/2 cup skim milk 1/2 cup ice Crush ice in blender or food processor. Add remaining ingredients. Blend until the mixture is shake-like. Makes 1 serving. Nutritional Analysis: 99 calories, 1(11.8%)fat, 9 carbs, 13 protein. Also good made with banana pudding instead of chocolate. Add a little banana for extra flavor and nutrition (don't forget to add the extra carbs, too!).
**Bedtime snack was always a problem for us. It felt more like dessert time than meal time. We created this "snack" to meet our needs.** 1 1/3 cup graham cracker crumbs 1/3 cup margarine 1/2 scoop protein powder Whip margarine. Blend crackers and protein powder - add to the margarine. Press into a 9 inch pie pan. Refrigerate. 1 3/4 cup cold milk 8 oz. whipped topping 2 packages chocolate sugar free pudding Pour milk into a bowl. Mix in pudding mixes until thick. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon over the crust. Return to the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Store in the refrigerator. Cut into 8.
