Kanoe

Kanoe is the yume-mi for the Dragons of Heaven, and Hinoto's younger sister. She cannot actually dream-see herself, but she does have the ability to peer into her sister's dreams. Although Kanoe and Hinoto are sisters, they do not look alike in any way. Kanoe has the body of an adult woman, while Hinoto has the body of a young girl.

Kanoe once entered Fuuma's dream and urged him to kill Kamui, for if he didn't, Kotori would die. In her "normal" life she works as the secretary for the govenor of Tokyo.

Kanoe is represented on the Tarot card The Empress. The Empress symbolizes the ability to create new forms of physical life and support them. It's astrological association is Venus the planet of love and harmony.
