Sakurazuka Seishirou

Probably the most deadly of the Dragons of Earth is Seishirou. A trained assasian known as the Sakurazukamori, he is a master of illusions and the murdered of Subaru's sister. He has trouble seeing out of one-eye, and is usually always seen wearing dark-sunglasses. He somehow manages to attack the Dragons of Heaven during a meeting with Hinoto, even though Hinoto's chambers are surrounded by a kekkai. (Which supposedly only Dragons of Heaven may enter or leave at will.) He also attacked Kamui and Kotori, loking them in an illusion, leaving the nearby Sora and Arashi unable to help in any way. He has been the target of Subaru's vengance throughout the manga.
