If immortals heal completely and almost immediately, then how could Methos have gotten the watcher tatoo on his wrist? Macleod's battle with Xavier showed us that an immortal could lose a limb if it were severed; Do you mean to tell me that in the hundreds and thousands of years our characters have been on this planet they have never suffered any accidents that could have severed a limb or even had a few teeth knocked out? RE:#9 The issue of age and being a successful immortal was addressed in the episode with Kenny the 800 year old "kid" trained by Amanda. Mcleod pointed out to Ritchie in that episode that you do not see any children immortals because they are easy prey to the evil ones.
