Dava Developments is responsible for this 100 unit townhouse and apartment project in New Westminster, B.C.
All 55 townhouses and 45 apartments sit on a concrete underground garage structure. All of the townhomes have direct access from the parking garage to a small unfinished basement.
The units are approximately 1,200 to 1,400 square feet, not including any unfinished basement areas.
The project is currently in the design phase.
