THE REGENCY
The Regency is a small apartment project in New Westminster, B.C. being developed by Pioneer Designs and Shato Holdings. Phase One is currently under construction.
The project has 57 units in two apartment buildings. Steep terrain has proven a challenge for construction, but the topographical attributes also provide many of the units with beautiful views of the Fraser River and coastal mountains.
The units range from 670 to 1,439 square feet in size, and the majority of the units are two bedrooms.
Phase One will be completed in late spring 1998. Phase Two is expected to start construction in late summer to early fall 1998.
