Message from Our President Our 2nd Vice President, Bill Welsch has put together an excellent field trip this month about an often overlooked 1864 event, the Bermuda Hundred campaign. If you have not registered so far, please do it today. You will not be disappointed. I'm leaving our June meeting in the very capable hands of 1st Vice President Bert Dunkerly because I'll be co-leading a tour in upstate New York involving Rogers Rangers and the French & Indian War. Rogers may have been the John Mosby of 18th century warfare and a worthy subject of study. See you in July. Bruce
Report on 2014 Membership I am saddened to say that dues for 2014 are coming in at a snail's pace. Good news is that there are less than 20 from last year's roster that are still outstanding! (See last month's newsletter for payment details) Sandy
