Mispellings and translations have occurred. Gore should be Goss. Barbari Dutoy is Barbara Dutoy, the mother of Mariane. Elizabeth Porter is Mariane's sister, Elizabeth Dutoy, who married to Thomas Porter about 1730.
Elizabeth Goss Lowry was living in Goochland Co., VA in October 1794, when her husband, Matthew's will was proven.
