Sirku and his older brother Reion are not actually related to the Sensei. Their parents, originally goverment officials, one day vanished without a trace. Unlike his brother, Sirku was at school when his parents vanished, and blames them for all his problems. He has a deep-seated feeling of abandonment that takes the form of resentment. Sirku's psionics aren't as strong as his brother, but he's got way more energy, and if someone worked in combination with him, Sirku would basically function as a high-power battery pack.
