Sumire-chan is basically a doll some of the time. Not literally, precisely. Her magical abilities have been perminantly sealed and and hidden so she appears latent, but functionally making her a latent. If her mind is read, it becomes suddenly very obvious that she has huge gaps in her memories. Her real name is Sumire Shinpai, but she goes by the name -- and believes her name is -- Sumire Ichihashi, daughter of Kanzen Ichihashi. Who happens to be Kunzite.

She is not as important to Secret Blade as she might be, basically just functioning as a channel to boost Kunzite's already admirable abilities when Seraphim commands him to do something. She does actually like Skeeve, but isn't sure yet if she 'likes' Skeeve. Kunzite is encouraging her aquaintance with him.
