Zoicite and Kunzite were resurrected by Seraphim after the fall of the Dark Kingdom. They are under a complusion to work for him, but are a little disturbed by it, because, having not come in contact with Secret Blade, they cannot find any 'organization' in this evil. They also do not like being ordered around, but they're used to it.

Zoicite and Kunzite are two of the few who have seen Seraphim in person.

Zoicite was assigned to be a teacher (Zonmei-sensei) at Warumono High and take care of various students there including Third. Other orders made him become the teacher supervisor for the Mechanical Design club, which was a revolting job in his opinion, and make sure Third stayed fast in its mech and was given constant orders, as well as brainwashing several younger students into also becoming mech warriors (known as the U-BMWs, the Underage Bishounen Mech Warriors).

Kunzite, on the other hand, has been assigned to be the 'father' of a young brainwashed magical 'sleeper', Sumire Shinpai. Calling himself Kanzen Ichihashi and renaming her Sumire Ichihashi, Kunzite's main job (which is at the moment, a waste of his magical powers) is to use her sleeper abilities to turn her into his channel, drawing power from her. (Doing this drains her energy points instead of his) This is how he healed the operation marks on Third's back so quickly. Now that he's found that Sumire and Skeeve might kinda sorta like each other maybe, he's encouraging her to see him so that he and Zoicite can get revenge on him.
