2. I view your page.
3. If I like it and it meets the requirements, I send you the html  
   fragment via email. 
4. Add the html to your page. (using cut and copy)
5. Send me email telling me you have done this. 
6. I come back to your page to double check and see you have done   
   this. 
7. I offically submit you the the ring. 
8. Traffic to your page increases!
