CUYAHOGA FALLS -- Thomas K. Jones, 84, passed away Jan. 24, 1996.

Mr. Jones was born in Boswell, Pa., and resided in Cuyahoga Falls most of his life. He retired in 1977 as custodian for the Woodridge School District with 16 years service, and was a member of the United Presbyterian Church of Cuyahoga Falls.

He is survived by his wife, Hilda Mae; son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Nancy Jones; grandchildren, Jacqueline Jones and Monica Hussman; great-grandchildren, Cory Hussman, Lauren Hussman, and Sarah Hussman, and special great-granddaughter, Melissa Heintz, all of Charlotte, N.C.; brother and sister-in-law, John David and Rose of Cuyahoga Falls; nieces and nephews; and special friends, Rosemary and Bill Holland, and Roger Edwards.

Friends may call from 7 to 9 TONIGHT at the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St., Cuyahoga Falls, where a funeral service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Saturday, Rev. Mildred E. Redinger

Mildred E. Redinger, 81, was transported to her heavenly home on the morning of Feb. 5, 1997.

Born in Norfolk, Va., she moved to Akron when she was a young girl, and graduated from Ellet High School in 1932. She attended Ashland University, The College of William and Mary, and graduated with a B.A. degree from The University of Akron. Mildred taught third grade at Roosevelt Elementary in the 1930's, and was a special education teacher at Woodridge Elementary in the 1960's and 1970's. She was a member of Ellet Grace Brethren Church. Mildred had a real love in playing her violin, and taught violin as a young girl.

She is survived by her husband of 56 years, S. Grant Redinger; her children and their spouses, Sigrid (James) Bryan, Mark (Nora) and Timothy (Mary Anne); grandchildren, Aaron Redinger, James, Saranne, and Leanne Bryan, and Kellie, Kristen, Matthew, and Rachel Redinger; four stepgrandchildren, and six stepgreat-grandchildren. She was loved and will be missed by all who knew her.

Funeral service will be Monday, 12 noon, at the Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Rd., Akron, with Pastor Stephen R. Cisney officiating. Burial at Hillside Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home from 4 to 7 p.m. on Sunday, and from 11 a.m. until the service time on Monday. Memorials may be made to Haven of Rest Ministries, 24 N. Prospect St., Akron 44304. Albert R. Ruttig

Albert R. Ruttig, 81, passed away June 8, 1998, in his loving home, with family and friends.

Mr. Ruttig was born in Cargansville, W. Va., and had resided in Northampton the past 24 years, moving there from Akron. He graduated from Pine Valley School in Pennsylvania and worked as a tirebuilder for the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., retiring in 1975 with 37 1/2 years of service. He was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church in Cuyahoga Falls, A.A.R.P. in Cuyahoga Falls and Northampton, and the Lunch Bunch at Woodridge High School. He devoted his life to his wife, children, grandchildren, and gardening.

Preceded in death by son, Daniel I. Ruttig; brothers and sisters-in-law, Herman and Stella Ruttig, and Louis and Myrtle Ruttig; sisters and brothers-in-law, Helena and Emil Striech, and Edith and Glenn Miller, he is survived by wife of 56 years, Florence; sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Lynn of Delaware, Ohio, Kenneth and Deborah of Wadsworth; daughter, Joan Hokes of Cuyahoga Falls; grandchildren, Steven (Dianna), Joshua, Jennifer, Nathaniel, Joel, Ken Jr., Laura, Krista, Ben, and Tom; great-granddaughter, Emelie; special nieces, Patty Striech Lang and Jeannie Benko.

Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. TODAY at the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St., Cuyahoga Falls, where a funeral service will be held at 8 TONIGHT, Pastor Larry Leuthaeuser officiating. In addition, friends may call from 1 to 2 p.m. Thursday at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church of Glen Savage, 630 Church Rd., Glen Savage, Pa., where a funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m., Pastor John Jenista officiating. Interment at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in Glen Savage, Pa. In lieu of other remembrances, memorials may be made to Redeemer Lutheran Church, 2141 Fifth St., Cuyahoga Falls 44221.
