Fishing guide to the stars Buck Jennings landed this monster in the middle of the summer in a Wisconsin Lake, residing in about 2 feet of water! |
Muskie rookie Tim O'Donnell busted his Esox hymen on this feisty 35 caught on the Top Secret Flowage. |
This is me, posing with a 41 incher that killed one of Buck's custom bucktails near Pipestone Point Resort in Lake of the Woods. |
This is a photo of Buck Jennings, an old fishing collegue of mine and a guide in Central Wisconsin. He has shown me extremely productive, less pressured waters, hours south of Northern Wisconsin's Muskie Belt. His website can be accessed here! |
I hate when the damn bullheads hit my "Pete Maina's Baby Jake" muskie baits!

Geez, what a beautiful fish, but what a scary angler! This is a photo of me, Kevin Folta, looking like the product of a hot date between Babe Winkelman and Liberace. The fish was one of two beautifully patterned muskies I caught one morning on Undisclosed Lake, WI. This fish ate a walleye flavored Cisco Kid moments before I and the fish were abducted by a re-entering spacecraft (upper right). |
This fish was somewhere between 38 3/4 inches and 39 3/8 inches. I could not get the fish to cooperate and hold the tape in his mouth. It was suspended over 35 feet of water near a school of ciscos, and bit on a silver cisco kid. Go figure.
