A few years ago, a friend of mine introduced me to a new system extension called kaleidoscope. I had never seen so many icons and beatiful colors on my performa 6116 before. So impressed i was that i immediately constructed my first and only kaleidoscope set which included pieces of bread as folders and a toaster (with and without toast to represent empty and full). There used res-edit to make several icons within the set. From that point on, i've been infamously known (among my family at the time) as the jerk who crowded the computer with icons, icons everywhere! I can still hear my mother screaming "where's my email icon!? I can't check my mail without my old email icon!!" I've been making icons as an icon enthusiast ever since. The 'icons' section is starting to gain popularity thanks to the Icon Factory and Icon Parade. thanks.

I've been painting a bit lately too.

I'm notorious for starting books and stories that i will never finish. I post them on the internet so people can read them, and so that i may remind myself that i need to finish them sometime. Now, if you are really bored, you can read through all the 'thank you' s and stuff. Firstly i'd like to thank capitalism, Richard Nixon (he wasn't all bad), and Ronald Reagan. I'd like to think somebody named stu, but I don't know anyone by that name. I'd like to thank one hit wonders like Vanilla Ice, New Kids on the Block, Milli Vanilli, and the (soon to be forgotten) Backstreet Boys. I'd like to thank the color orange. I'd like to thank God, Andy, Forrest, Ty, Billy, Natalie, Reno, Chanti, Anniliese, Chris, Steve, Ben, Tim, the other Ben, Skinny Joe, water, ink pens, Apple Computer, The iomega corp., Steve Jobs, Michelle, Frank Black, the Icon Factory, Jon Spencer, all of the robots of Servotron (especially proto unit V3), Chank Diesel, and several others. They all in some way or another helped me to build this site. I'd also like to thank a few other inspirations like: Dr. Laura, Rick Wade, DeWayne Bartels, Rush Limbaugh, Alexander Supertramp, Jon Krakauer, C.S.
