The 16th hole at Heathland Downs

This fictional design was released for JN5 on January 11, 1999. The GBC version of the course was released in July, 1999. The course is set in the unique sand hills region of Nebraska on the outskirts of a town called Broken Bow. Heathland Downs was designed to test the golfers strategic abilities and is similar in nature to Coore & Crenshaw's Sand Hills course outside Mullen, Nebraska. RGD would like to thank Mike New, Craig Lock, Matt Rose and John Buckley for their help in playtesting the course, and Paul O'Brian for the textures that are used in the course.
