Heaven

As she floats up in the air
The wind blows on her skin so fair
She contemplates the life she had
Her life on earth, it was so bad
But now her life is free of pain
And she never wants to live again
She wants to stay right here forever
To be an angel and to never
Return to the life she had before
Where there was so much pain and she felt so sore
'Cause in heaven she's free of sadness
Not trapped by the world's madness
Where God holds her in His palm
And she is in an infinite calm
Surrounded by His eternal love
Her life on earth she won't think of
'Cause He wipes away all her tears
Makes her forget those earthly fears
And tells her it will be okay
Always with Him she can stay
In this home–this heavenly place
