The Answer I Seek

I don't know what brought you to me,
Maybe chance, maybe fate, or destiny,
Maybe a little bit of all three,

Or maybe some spirit knew we both could,
Make it together and that we would,
Love one another, always; for good,

That could be why we were brought together,
'Cause it was known our love lasts forever,
But will I find out the true reason–ever?

I want to know; it remains on my mind,
How did I find a love of your kind?
This I ask, but will the answer I find?

How we came to be remains concealed,
So to whom must it be appealed
To find the answer I seek, that's never revealed?
