The Altair Planetary System is a sim by e-mail group. We are currently at war with several worlds, and systems.
The rules are very simple. Your technology has to be taken from any of the Star trek Series or Movies.
We sim on weekends, but on special occasions we will sim during the evening hours during weekdays.
All you need is a ship, a crew, and a battle plan (secret, of course).

The Operations Command is responsible for maintaining the Altair Forces Website and the Vessel registry. Operations is charged with the duty of admitting new ships/stations/Planetary Colonists into the Altair Planetary System, and shall assist interested individuals in starting clubs.

The Special Operations Command is responsible for overseeing special programs such as Marines, Rangers, SEALs, SeaBees. Special Ops will also assist interested chapters in establishing these groups as part of their chapter's program.

(Temporarily Closed.)

The AMA is a correspondance Academy that offers free courses to any Trekker with email. Membership in a Trek club or association is not required. This program contains both courses for fun and of an educational value. There are many courses and resources offered to assist club officers in providing a quality program to their members. Bureau of Fleet Development

This department of the Altair Combined Military Forces oversees all shipyard commands throughout the
Delta Quadrant and has final authority on what vessels are accepted for space trials and eventual
acceptance by the fleet. All shipyard commanders report to this authority.
