"…Factory smoke darkens the sunset, rainbow colors have become rey and violet trace that no longer links two points of the horizon, fish have hidden into far sea depths, birds no longer sing but scream… the shudder of fear creeps through the spine and somewhere inside the brain it transforms into swift movements of eyeballs. To wake up and face the geometry of the room and the city seems not to be the vision eyes are looking far. The record of the cornea evokes no satisfaction. The message on the street poster arouses hope... Tower lotorscak, the date somewhere around earth day, exhibition by Marina Ancic, I need to write few sentences... Finally, somebody has again discovered colors! And in the moment when everyone else has decided to interpret the reality and sign disappearance of human habit by their creative expression. There is somebody here taking stand for life! Strange unfamiliar birds, fish, Sun, vegetal and human life... Everything calls after our attention and offers to the privileged us the possibility to enjoy in the festival of life. What a wonderful occasion to witness the rebirth of life in the pigment of colors! Is not our biological experience similar? Do not these colors arouse hope in sustainbility? Can we just like Marina be guards of such treasury of colors? Can we all together with those like Marina take stand for life? This seems extremely difficult at this moment, like starting from the beginning. But we can certainly start with watching, observing Marina's paintings and get to learn very quickly..."
