The War issue was printed released on July 1 1942. The 3c Rose Violet
stamp was issued on June 30 1943, the 4c carmine stamp on April 10 1943,
the 14c tank and 17c Express stamp on April 17 1943, the 7c Airmail stamp
on April 16 1943. The 1943 issues are much more rare than the main issue
of 1942 and command prices between twice and 5 times higher.
Following are all Cachets I have been able to identify for this issue.
Not listed are the Georges VI generic cachets (listed under the 1937 Defintives)
