This is Ceratostigma plumbaginoides (sir-at-oh-STIG-ma) Also known as Plumbago.
It's a tiny plant about 8 inches , found in zones 6-9.
To start this plants seeds you cover them lightly with soil and keep in the fridge or cold someplace for 4 weeks.
Then you put them in a temperature of 15-22C(59-72F).And they should come up in between
14 to 35 days. It likes partial shade to full sun.

4-8.Easy to start from seed.Sightly cover with soil and keep between
18-22C(64-72F)They should appear in 7-28 days.A full sun plant.
Clematis recta (KLEM-a-tiss) is a ground clematis.Found in zones 4-9.
It grows about 3 ft.,tall and has a nice fragrance.This is another plant that it's seeds need to have 4 weeks of cold.
They then do best kept at between 22-28C(72-82F) and take between 30 to 100 days to sprout.
It likes full sun to partial shade and rich well drained soil.I know this one is harder but one of my favorites and well worth growing.
