METAMATIC This was the first John Foxx solo album. Very simular in a lot of ways to the Gary Numan album The pleasure principle. The opening track Plaza is one of the Foxx classic tracks, with lyrics like "I remember your face from some shattered windscreen" and "hauling of Italian cars". then you have tracks like He`s a liquid, a brilliant track in it`s own right with lyrics like "He`s a laugh, She`s a graph" and "read in the bible about the flood" also "A trickle down a falling wall" |
