- There are 144 Polaroids on the cover of No Code. 150 if you count the six along the edge, where it says 'Pearl Jam No Code' and the serial numbers.
- According to Vitalogy's glossary, the definition of 'masturbation' is 'self-pollution'.
- That note was written by Great Grandma Pearl herself.
- The re-release of Vs. features a picture of a hand behind the clear CD backing. Written on the hand are the words 'against one'.
- The three extra tracks added to most foreign versions of Ten contain the following songs: 'Wash', 'Dirty Frank' and a live version of 'Alive'.
- Tim Palmer apparently played a pepper shaker and a fire extinguisher on Ten.

- On the fourth day of April, 1968, Martin Luther King, Jr. was shot and killed by the recently deceased James Earl Ray.

- Ed was beaten to the punch by the Boss himself, Bruce Springsteen, who wrote the song 'Dead Man Walkin'', which was featured in the movie and on the soundtrack.
- Eddie's "I am a donut" comment was a reference to a similar comment made by President John F. Kennedy. Apparently, Kennedy was trying to make a comment about Berlin in German. Thanks to some poor German on Kennedy's part, it ended up translating into "I am a donut."
