The Basics Of Adoption
The Michigan Great Pyrenees Rescue takes in numerous dogs a year. Our process is to bring the dogs into the program, preferably into one of our foster homes, and match them with the right family. If foster space is not available, we work on ‘referral’ meaning the dog stays with the current owner till we can find a suitable home.
The adoption fee includes:
~ Spay/Neuter
~ Veterinary Exam/Care
~ Current Vaccines
~ Heartworm Test
We are a non-profit rescue group, all adoption fees are put toward our foster and vet bills.
