Wooster by Night is played every Sunday from 6pm-9pm on the College of Wooster Campus. There are nearly 30 people who play in the campaign on a somewhat regular basis. Gilda Mann is my character. Here is information on Wooster by Night and the other Wooster by Night Characters. Anthony Kokocinski is our story teller at the current time. Please e-mail him for current meeting location, or for more information. You can also e-mail me, if you really, really want.

Hi. I'm the Prince. I didn't used to be, but then they killed Eric and I got the job, and the only way to quit is to die. So, you know. As long as I am alive I will be the Prince of Wooster. I guess I should start at the beginning, huh?
Well, a while back, I got embraced. I hope you knew that part, because if you didn't, well, I can't tell you what I have to do about it, and there was some stuff before that, but as far as beginnings go that's pretty important. I thought Wooster might be a nice place to live where nobody would try to kill me, so I moved here a little while after Eric became the Prince, and he made me one of his elders. I wasn't crazy about the idea, but at the time there were only one or two other kindred in the whole place, and none of them were Malkavians, so I didn't have a lot of responsibility until later, when there was nothing I could do about it. Of course, it was a much smaller town in those days...
As time went by and the city got bigger, there started to be more and more other Malkavians to get me into trouble. Entropy started to take effect and Eric started to get very nervous. He was a Nazi before he was the Prince of Wooster, and I guess it affected his ideas on how to maintain order. When the City first started to be a pretty busy place, there was Eric, the Prince, and he had as his council of elders me, Audrey Mallone (Techno Diva Extraordinaire-- you've probably heard of her--) of Clan Toreador, and Colby, a computer hacker of clan Brujah. If you're into computers you've probably heard of him too. He also died. I'm getting ahead of myself, though.
When Colby died, Eric was really mad and he found out what had happened and he got rid of everyone who was involved. Then Audrey started to act really wierd not too long after that. She and Romeo (the Prince's Seneschal and a Ventrue) had this big thing going, but she was also dating DJ Speed at the time. (You probably heard of him, too, but you might be surprised to find out he was one of us. Well, when she started dating him, he wasn't.)
One Sunday during the meeting Eric was standing near a window and some snipers shot him in the back. As I mentioned, Audrey had been acting really wierd and Colby was dead. Audrey hadn't shown up that night anyway, which pretty much left me in charge to deal with this turn of events.
First, I got down on the floor and then I tried to get to Eric, but this Tremere beat me to it. We never have figured out exactly what happened or how he did it, but I'm pretty sure the Tremere was responsible. Not too much longer after that, Eric crumbled to dust. Archea had been a member of his clan, and she's pretty level headed, so when she went down on her knee in front of me and said "The Prince is dead. Long live the Prince," unfortunately everyone listened to her and I was the Prince whether I liked it or not.
So, we commenced my tenure as Prince with trying to find Eric's killer. Audrey was always really ambitious, so she didn't like it that I was Prince any better than I did. I figured that was her tough blood and that she should have shown up if that was the case and went right on living and trying to control the city.
Bad things have a tendency to happen in this city, though, and my troubles weren't over yet. I hadn't been the Prince long enough to get my bearings when Romeo showed up at my club and told me Audrey was dead. I hadn't seen much of Romeo since Eric died, and right after Audrey was killed he pretty much disappeared altogether. Now, not only did I not have any elders, the forces of order from the old reign were gone as well.
I was starting to get really nervous, because here I was with not one but TWO murders on my hands and no one to turn to for advice. The last thing I wanted was for the Justicars to come to town again, so I had to act fast. I set up two committees-- a Brute squad and a Proof squad. Sort of like the Spanish Inquisition only a little more low-key. Unfortunately, while there was an abundance of brute force lying around there was very little Proof, and the investigations proved inconclusive. I decided that in the interest of preserving some semblance of order I would let Nicadeamus live until I decided if he was useful and that I would have to accept Speed's assertion that he couldn't have killed Audrey because he was blood bound to her.
Nicadeamus disappeared not a week later, but I came to regret my decision not to do away with Speed. You probably remember the headlines about the tragic plane crash which killed him, Audrey Mallone, their favorite back-up singer, and some officials of Black Rose Records.
Lately things have been way too exciting for my taste, and we've had a whole bunch of new kindred showing up. It's been making me pretty nervous, but mostly it's going okay. The Toreador clan is kind of a mess, but some new projects have been started lately which should really help the city and some of the people who wanted to kill me are gone, so right now Wooster is a good place to visit, but I don't offer any money-back guarantees.
