1. Here's my opinion: 2 weeks ago, while playing with the remote controler, I dsicovered something called SAP, that changes the language on some cable channels (I thought only this could be done on antennas). I tried it on many channels, and discovered that Nick Latinamérica, has this feature, so now I can watch the nicktoons on english (besides spanish). After watching some Rugrat's episodes here's a comparision between the spanish and the english version: This time, I'll talk only about the babies voices, next time I'll talk about the adults: Tommy: I like more the spanish voice (it's the best one on this version), because it sounds more like a baby, in the english version sometimes you don´t believe that a baby is talking, sounds more like a girl talking. Besides the spanish voice is more expresive than the english one. Carlitos (a.k.a. Chuckie): Here I can't choose one of them because both are really good. The spanish voice sounds more stuffed, it never pronounces the "m", instead of it pronounces "b". Phil & Lil: The english voices are better, because they are more expresive, in the spanish version they don't seem to have a personality. Only Lil's, but a little. Angélica: IMO this is the best voice in the English version, here she really sounds evil!!.
