Beth Bertelli added Whidden to her last name
when she married Brian Whidden on Dec. 23.
Monica Smiley is finally a Mom after a very
troublesome pregnancy. Stephen Smiley was
born on Wednesday, October 23 and weighed in
at 5 pounds and 12.5 ounces.
Janine Overcash has a new baby, Cole Overcash.
Cole was born on January 23rd weighing 7
pounds and 3 ounces.
Members Lora Rush and Jill McLean Cinko are moving overseas. Lora has finished her MSN in Oncology and has accepted a position as CNS/Nurse Manager in an Oncology unit in the largest hospital in Saudi Arabia. Jill is now an Air Force wife. She also has just finished her MSN in Adult Health and Oncology and will be accompanying her husband and infant son to Germany. She will be looking for Nursing employment but first will concentrate on dealing with being pregnant with twins! Debra Hummel also graduated with an MSN in Oncology and is moving to San Jose, California. Good Luck to all. We'll miss you!

readers of Medical Business News. The Nursing
Staff has also been nominated for the 2nd
Annual Medical Business Healthcare Award.
-Susan McMillan was the proud recipient this
year of one of only three Health Sciences
Center Teaching Incentive Program awards to
reward good classroom teachers.
--Nancy Schuble was awarded a scholarship
from the Delta Beta Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau
(The national nursing honorary). Nancy is a USF
student in the MSN program concentrating in
Oncology and Adult Health
