HISTORY
Hero Cruz, had two powers during the rave. The first was the "Achilles Vest," which allowed him to protect anyone or anything with a force field projected by his will, due to some really powerful technology inside the vest he wore. He later gave that up for the "H-dial." This was a literal dial he wore, and when he dialed 'H' for H-E-R-O on it each time crisis occured, his personality and powers would change each time with it.
After the battle at Qward, Hero publicly came out of the closet and revealed to all the Ravers of his homosexuality. At this point he started to form a relationship with another homosexual Raver named "Leander" and they have since become something of an item. (Leander is something of a homosexual alien "Aquaman"). Hero was always the really nice guy in the group, and seemed to have a knack for getting in really unlucky predicaments.
